Detienen a Joven y Una Niña

NEW LONDON— Hoy jueves aproximadamente a las 2:00 de la tarde, la policía de New London detuvo a un joven y a una niña que andaban entre las calles Hempstead y Franklin. Según testigos que vieron los hechos, el joven venía de recoger a la niña de la escuela cuando 5 patrullas de la policía se le acercaron e inmediatamente le quitaron la mochila que el joven traía.

Los testigos cercano a los hechos dicen que la niña es hermana del joven, estudiante de C.B. Jennings, y que tiene aproximadamente de 5 a 6 años de edad. También cuentan que un hombre que se acercaba a los hechos se fue a la huida cuando vio a las patrullas, y que un patrullero de la policía se fue detrás del hombre. No hay más información por el momento.
